“Vavda” is a pavilion conceived parametrically in Revit. The design process began with the development of a conceptual mass defined by a series of curves in space. Interpolating between these curves produces a surface capable of receiving an applied component. The component, detailed on the following spread, is linked to the surface and automatically populates based on the surface geometry—a set of curves that can be changed at any point throughout the design process. The result of the populated component creates a woven condition.
